The next Celtic Pro Event takes place at Gower Golf Club Swansea on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th Sept – the start of Ryder Cup week in Wales.
It was an exciting finale to two days of competition, with Smith playing some superb golf to win the event. Following a one shot overnight lead, Smith won by five shots from Aberdare's Ryan Thomas, who carded a one under par round of 71 to finish on one over par for the tournament.
